Fresh Start, part 1

Good morning!

And, you know what, so far, so good.  Really.  My alarm went off and I was well rested.  I did a quick morning meditation.  I got up and tossed Hubby’s jeans in the drier and they were done by the time he needed them.  I enjoyed my shower, because aren’t showers kind of a miracle?  I had pie and coffee for breakfast.  I got everything that I need to do around the house today done before I left and even ran the dishwasher.  (I’ll unload that when I get home.)  I’m chipping away at work and such and I’m happy to be here and I am not complaining.

Maybe I’ll need to sort yesterday out someday but I’ve decided to just let it lie for now and try to do better and work harder and be happier.  That’s a decision that I can thankfully make.

So, what’s on the docket for this week?

First, I’m stopping at Michaels tonight to buy some holiday paper to make a paper chain for our not yet existent tree.

Second, I’m going to push my workouts a little more.   Don’t make fun of me but right now I’m just walking for 20 minutes.  This week I’d like to do 10 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of walking, and some weights.

Third, I am looking at the bright side of life.

Fourth, I am writing.  I may not make it to the NaNoWriMo finish line this year, but I’m giving it the old college try.

What are you plans, goals, thoughts for the week?
